Iuliia Kupchinskaia

She has been in HR since 2017. Yulia spent about 4 years in the role of HR generalist in various IT companies until she was brought into Sberbank's technical recruitment — an accident that became a turning point in her career.

She has been at Kaspersky since 2022. She has worked her way up from an ordinary recruiter to the unique role of Recruitment Project Manager. Now she manages her own team and leads the recruitment of C++ developers (the company's key technology stack).
